excellent food nice tables
I ate at the hotel for lunch on Christmas Day. The tables were nicely set with balloons and crackers. The food was excellent and so was the service.

average stay with some issues
extra charge lumpy bed
the room was clean when i arrived.
i was pretty annoyed that the gym access cost extra. it seems absurd i have to pay £20 per day for a hotel gym. also, the bed was bad and lumpy , made sleep difficult.

Acceptable, but I anticipated better.
extra charge safety locks
My room was a bit too warm, and a lack of air conditioning wasn't helpful. I tried to open a window, but then worried about security since it was on the ground floor. Safety locks would be nice. I also thought it weird that I had to pay extra to use the spa, since I was already staying at the hotel.

lovely visit!
friendly staff clean room reliable wi-fi tasty breakfast
I stayed at the hotel while attending a local event. The staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was very clean. It had comfortable beds. i liked the fast, reliable wi-fi. It allowed me to stay connected easily. i enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning. It offered a wide variety of options.
The parking lot was quite full one evening. I had to park a bit further from the entrance.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance with all inquiries. They were always available. the breakfast service was attentive, ensuring that all guests had everything needed! the staff were always smiling.

inflexible check-in uncomfortable heat
The lack of flexibility with check-in was problematic. I requested an earlier check-in to change before a wedding ceremony. This was denied. The room felt dated with dark wood furnishings. A more modern aesthetic would improve the experience. the absence of air conditioning or even a fan made the room uncomfortably hot. I think this should be considered, especially during warmer months.

I enjoyed the spacious bedrooms. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean. It was a pleasure to stay in such a well kept environment.
The gym and spa access cost £20 per person. This was ONLY free Monday to Thursday. The breakfast quality was POOR. The bacon was undercooked and the eggs were overcooked.
